Join hands across faiths to bring healing where policies have failed and show the world that when imams, rabbis, priests, pastors, and people of faith walk together, peace is possible.

What is a Spiritual Diplomat?
Spiritual Diplomats are faith leaders stepping into places politics cannot reach, carrying wisdom instead of weapons, and working for peace where treaties and policies have failed.
Our Model
Inspiration from the Rev. Billy Graham, Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah, Dr. Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Cardinal Pietro Parolin & the Dalai Lama

Rev. Billy Graham

Dalai Lama
The Reverend Billy Graham showed us the model. He stood in stadiums before millions, but he also walked quietly into the offices of presidents, kings, and dictators. He came not to flatter, but to speak boldly. Today, Spiritual Diplomats carry that mantle—people of faith bringing light into dark corridors and peace where politics cannot reach.
But he is not the only one. This call is not limited to one faith. Throughout history, faith leaders from many traditions have stepped beyond politics to act as Spiritual Diplomats:
Christian – Archbishop Desmond Tutu
He used his faith and moral authority to confront apartheid, leading reconciliation efforts and reminding the world that peace requires justice.
Jewish – Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel
He marched alongside Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Selma, bringing Jewish prophetic witness into the struggle for civil rights and human dignity.
Muslim – Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah
A leading Islamic scholar and global voice for peace, he has devoted his life to interfaith dialogue and countering extremism. As President of the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies, he has worked alongside Christian, Jewish, and political leaders to foster understanding and protect religious minorities.
Catholic – Cardinal Pietro Parolin
As the Holy See’s chief diplomat, he has carried the voice of faith into some of the world’s most delicate negotiations, reminding leaders that dialogue is stronger than division.
Hindu – Mahatma Gandhi
Though not a politician, he stood before empires with nothing but truth and nonviolence, proving that moral courage can defeat oppression and inspire nations.
These leaders remind us that diplomacy rooted in faith can save lives, heal wounds, and change history. That same spirit defines Spiritual Diplomats today.

Why It Matters
Pastor Mark Burns
“Every day, innocent lives are caught in the crossfire of politics, war, and power struggles. Spiritual Diplomats step in to remind leaders that real power serves the people. We carry no weapons—we carry wisdom. And wisdom saves lives.”
